What will I learn?

You will learn the fundamentals of Information Communication Technology. This covers a vast range of skills and software which include some of the following firewalls, malware, software updates, Wi-Fi, social networks, Facebook accounts and Cyberbullying.

You will also gain knowledge and understanding of the importance of Equality and diversity in the workplace. How the law impacts Equality and Diversity and how to promote best practices within an organization.

The Course is a part-time course that at the end of the course you will feel more confident using computers.
